Rammim Beauty – Contact Lens Return & Refund Policy

Opened Contact Lenses
For health and hygiene reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or refunded once the sealed packaging has been opened or the lenses have been used, except where required by law.

Unopened Contact Lenses
Returns are accepted for unused contact lenses in their original, sealed packaging.

Refunds
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
For eligible returns, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Rammim Beauty before returning it.
